Return policy

How does the customer return procedure work?

1) Respect the return conditions:

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code: “The consumer has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal from receipt of the order.

 

  • Items must be returned carefully, accompanied by their original packaging, imperatively with the original label attached and the protective packaging . You have the option of sending your package in the packaging of your choice (cardboard, plastic envelope, etc.)
  • Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of tobacco, sweat, perfume, detergent, and pet hair. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the inability to receive a refund.
  • No refunds will be made for items returned after the deadline.

  •  Items on sale, on promotion, or subject to clearance, as well as
    jewelry (earrings) cannot be returned.
  • Only returned items will be refunded. Initial delivery charges will not be refunded.

2) Print and complete the return form, then insert it inside the package.

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The price of shipping costs depends on the weight of the package and the current rates of L a P oste .

    • FRANCE : Please return the package by La Poste (Colissimo) or by the carrier of your choice. Returns to relay points are not accepted . To return your item, you can:


    - At the post office: Go to your nearest post office and stamp your package.

    - Online: For greater simplicity, you can create your return label directly on the La Poste.fr website. https://www.laposte.fr/colissimo-en-ligne


      • OUTSIDE FRANCE : For returns from abroad, the customer is free to choose the carrier of their choice (DHL, Bpost, etc.).

      • The address for your returns is as follows:

          •  Please insert and complete the return form inside your package.

          3) Proof of deposit

          • The customer must send us by email [email protected] the tracking number in order to follow the progress of the shipment (in the event of loss, theft or damage to the package, the company is not responsible).

          4) Reimbursement deadlines

          • Dear customer, we inform you that the processing of your return will take between 2 and 14 business days from the receipt of your package. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been processed.

          • Once the refund is processed, the transfer time is generally 24 hours to 10 business days, depending on your banking institution.
